About MR. Harold

Hey, Mr. Harold, over here, a choir of voices beckoning me, Mr. Harold, to join them at a restaurant table in Wichita Kansas some 30 years ago. It was the first time I had ever heard that name. I sensed the name as a display of respect since I had just won first place in a hair styling competition at the Heart of America Hair Convention in Kansas City. Upon telling my dad of the events, with a pat on the back he advised me to trademark the name and keep going! We continued helping men and women to get the most of their hair until 1964, when we happened upon another challenge, which is what you see on our web page today.

I have been extremely lucky to have found a career that I really enjoy and still find fun. I hear frequently that “I am the youngest old man” they have ever met. I am hearing impaired ( Thanks to the Marshall Island Invasion of World War II ), although I have gotten pretty good at reading lips.

We moved to Denver, Colorado in 1970, and proudly brag about being on the Washington D.C. Ethics Council since 1975. Have you noticed out airport courtesy car? We wish we would have started that 20 years ago, as its been a booming success.

Thanks to my wife Carolyn of 44 years, we still had time to raise three fine sons. From that we were blessed with nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Now in my spare time, I am writing a book called “Turn Offs and Turn Ons”. The manuscript is not yet complete and to my surprise we have taken orders for 39 copies already. The price is $25.00 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. Who wants #40?

Thanks to you, our wonderful clients, our is now 49 miles closer to my home which saves me commute time and expenses each month.

Oh yes, we are enjoying our new office in Bennett, Colorado!!
